Tucked in the row of eateries at Tamarind Square, Baban is an eatery with a very lush green aesthetic with many plants, soft lighting, and gold accent decorations to make for a relaxing ambiance. The eatery serves up reinventions of traditional peranakan dishes to cater to the more modern taste buds. A few popular dishes of the restaurant includes green curry chicken claypot rice, nasi lemak chicken kapitan curry, and one of their specialty dishes, Kak Onie's Ayam Masak Merah.
