Jeuk Sing Cafe is an initiative by a Hong Kong chef and his friends to introduce handpicked hawker food from the country's vibrant streets. The cafe features highlights such as the popular silk stocking-strained milk tea, egg waffle, polo bun, egg tart, and dim sum among others. Jeuk Sing Cafe boasts over 58 outlets throughout China, currently in efforts to introduce its culturally rich menu to the rest of the world, including Malaysia.
