Sai Yoga Mobile Studio started out in the township of Ipoh, Perak as a homegrown traditional Yogic wellness outdoor platform. The yoga studio started as a movement to help curb the misunderstanding and knowledge of the self through the intricate connection with nature deciphered from ancient teachings including Yoga, Tao and Sufi. It later became a lifetime career for the founders. SaiYoga Mobile Studio believes that improving wellbeing is more than just a fitness decision, but also a lifestyle commitment which must become the essence of being. The sessions available not only provide opportunities to exercise the body, mind, energy, and spirit but also serves as a place to meet with other engaged and open-minded individuals.
