Bringing the tastes of Sabah's pork noodles to the realms of Subang's SS15, Sang Nyuk Noodle derives its name from the term ‘sang nyuk mian’, which translates literally into "raw pork noodles". With specially selected ingredients flown in from Kota Kinabalu to ensure authenticity, patrons can sample this Sabah-inspired style of noodles complete with side dishes of meat-laden broths. Some dishes offered also include ‘jiang bao’ meatball soup, ‘fu mai’ rolls, and more.
