The dedicated team of staff are extremely meticulous in the the preparation steps, beginning all the way from the source of their cows right to the products. All products are made using fresh cheese only with mozzarella cheese being one of their most important ingredient. To uphold their fresh quality, all ingredients do not contain additives or colouring.
