Tai An Yu in Chinese translates to Taian fish which is a dish that originated from the Taian town made with ginger, peppers, and star anise, and is also the signature dish of this restaurant. Sichuan dishes are known for its mala flavours and this can be seen and felt in Tai An Yu’s other dishes such as green pepper fish, Wanzhou grilled fish, sizzling squid, dried beef, and sauteed chicken with pepper in iron wok.
