Under The Light (UTL) is a Japanese-inspired yoga studio offering classes which combine traditional and modern yoga styles for all levels of yoga. Set in a comfortable space for you to practice, reflect and rejuvenate, their classes are designed for students of all levels, especially if you are new to yoga. They started in 2006 in Yoyogi, Tokyo, and now they’re the largest Yoga Alliance teacher training school in Asia with over 10,000 certified yoga graduates. Since then they’ve built wonderful relationships with international yoga instructors, which has allowed them to organise special workshops, events and Yoga Alliance certified teacher training courses.
