One of the newest additions to the Ah Yat Seafood group, Ah Yat at The Grandstand is out to tingle seafood aficionados’ palates yet again with more than 100 kinds of live seafood on offer, cooked a la minute from their display of live seafood tanks which sit outside the restaurant. The interior hosts VIP rooms, fully equipped with KTV facilities for corporate events or family gatherings, while Hong Kong-style dishes from the sea, land, or field are cooked up by experienced chefs. Should patrons develop cravings for dim sum, Ah Yat Seafood also caters to that, offering up to 28 types of basket-encased jewels to choose from.
