Care Corner Seniors Services aims to care for and support seniors to age well in place in the community by ensuring they are physically, emotionally, socially, spiritually, vocationally, and intellectually engaged. They extend care to seniors in the community through the 13 centres located in both Toa Payoh and Woodlands region with their three main service pillars: Social Care, Case Management, and Community Health. Care Corner’s vision “Care to every corner in Singapore” seeks to build hope and promote well-being of individuals and families in community through social and health care services.
