Deeksha, which means 'initiation by the guru' in Sanskrit, was first established in PoMo on the 22 February 2016. It aims to revolutionise how yoga classes, teacher training courses, yoga personal training, and corporate yoga classes are conducted while preserving the origin of yoga. The studio has highly accomplished yoga masters and a welcoming and nurturing environment to ensure all their students harness the full benefits of yoga. In hopes to aid people to attain a better physical and mental well-being, Deeksha Yoga continues to strive to make yoga easily accessible to all.
