JB 101 Firewokz was inspired by the renaissance of “Wok Hei” in the 1970’s. The restaurant is helmed by renowned Chef Lim Ah Meng who has over 20 years of experience in creating delicious JB style “Zichar” cuisine. Chef Ah Meng initially started out as an apprentice but after spending time at the woke, he eventually rose up the ranks to become Head Chef of Restoran See Hai Johor. JB 101 Firewokz boast of tantalising classics like caramel-black Hokkien mee, Peranakan classic assam fish head, Mongolian pork rib, and the JB white bee hoon.
