IDefine Gym & Fitness was founded by 4 girls who have a passion for beauty, strength, health, and life. This private gym was created with the idea of being slightly different from conventional gyms, whether one is a seasoned gym goer or a newbie. This female-friendly space is designed for those who dislike being in a crowd and want to have their own personal space as gym sessions are by appointments only with a limited number of users per session. With specially selected equipment and free weights provided at the gym, this fitness studio seeks to cater to various health needs. Personal trainers are also available for assistance throughout the session.
