Founded in 1984 by Ms Bong Hiong Hwa, Jia Lei Confectionery & Training Centre is an artisanal bakery and culinary centre that prides itself with their love for food. Jia Lei offers hands-on classes that cover a selection of cuisine cultures while delivering culinary training in a fun and relaxed environment. Up to date, more than 10,000 students have graduated from Jia Lei. The team behind this centre consists of a selection of fine and experienced baking and culinary instructors and teachers who are passionate in what they do.
