The stall serves prawn noodles in both dry and soup versions, offering variations with braised pork bones and braised pork tail. Using a braising technique learnt from the Johorian Cantonese restaurant Crystal Jade, they concoct their broth from the eclectic flavours of pork bones, fresh sea prawns, dried prawns, and herbs.
