Kian Seng Restaurant was created in the 1960s and was previously located near Yio Chu Kang Stadium as an air-conditioned restaurant. Its owner then decided to open another branch at Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 1 now known as Kian Seng Seafood Restaurant Pte Ltd. Offering unique dishes such as steamed shark’s head, crab with seafood in claypot, Nyonya fishead, crab with salted egg, and more, seafood lovers are in for a treat as they allow these special signature dishes to tantalise tastebuds. Besides seafood, they also offer traditional Teochew dishes such as steamed vegetables with dried scallops, braised whole sea cucumber with pork fillings, braised duck with chestnut fillings, and more.
