PastaMania laid its foundation within the basement walls of the late Scotts Shopping Centre, rising out of its founder’s vision to make Italian food affordable for the average person. Within 16 years, the franchise grew to more than 30 outlets within the borders of Singapore, while expanding internationally with new stores in Brunei, China, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, Malaysia, and the UAE. Each kitchen sees chefs kneading and stirring a medley of fresh ingredients, dishing out traditional thin crust pizzas, cream and tomato based pasta, along with home-style zuppa to hungry hordes waiting for a hot meal. The chain has won the That's Shanghai Best Italian Casual Dining Restaurant Award.
