RELISH is home to a variety of passionate and delectable dishes. Located in Ascott Raffles place, the restaurant strives to satisfy its customers' hunger and thirst in true style. Each aspect of the diner's experience, from the food to the décor, has been a journey for the restaurant to curate, being the culmination of 11 years of food, laughter and decadent wine. The restaurant is a go-to venue for meetings, family gatherings, or intimate dinners. As of 2020, the team behind Relish are proud to have one Relish and two Cali outlets in Singapore. The first Cali outlet is located in Rochester, while the second Cali outlet is located in Changi. The third eatery, the Relish outlet is located at Ascott Raffles Place. All boast the same flavour and style but with distinct atmospheres. Relish offers cosy and elegant indoor dining with private dining areas, Rochester hosts a great indoor and alfresco area, whilst Changi has a more relaxed atmosphere with a luxe outdoor sitting and a long bar.
