Sanity Coffee Bar was created by Chen Diya, a member of a Mandopop duo called The Freshman 插班生 (Cha Ban Sheng). This journey into the coffee industry is what she deems as her outlet of sanity, hence the name Sanity Coffee Bar. When she is not gifting the world with her voice, one might catch her at the coffee bar preparing a cup of coffee for fellow customers. The coffee bar is located at the corner of the second level of Esplanade Mall, making it a little exclusive for patrons.
