Located on the second storey of a heritage mansion is Thai Tanic Live Seafood Hotpot, a restaurant that encourages customers to catch their own live seafood to cook in a hotpot buffet-style. Live seafood such as tiger prawns, mud crabs, flower crabs, shell fish, and more are made available for diners to feast on. Surrounding the restaurant are several chic ocean blue tanks from which patrons catch the live seafood using tongs that are provided.
