Created by passionate foodies, Xian Dan Chao Ren 咸蛋超人, or affectionately known as XDCR for short, the team wanted to go on a quest to enter the culinary world with what they deem as a magic ingredient - salted eggs. Following great success from various events with different sorts of salted egg dishes, they decided to take up the challenge to launch XDCR. While taking into account well loved traditional Chinese finger food, the team had a vision of their kiosk being different - by specialising in dishes that revolved only around salted eggs. From salted egg chicken, fish, man tau, pumpkin, and lotus root, one can find innovative combinations and flavours at XDCR.
