Initiated in 2004, the Yellow Ribbon Project supports ex-convicts with their reintegration back into society. The non-profit organisation focuses its efforts through a triple action approach. This includes creating awareness on the need to give second chances to former convicts and their families, building acceptance within communities, and inspiring community action to support reintegration efforts. As a part of Yellow Ribbon Project, the Yellow Ribbon Fund funds a variety of programmes including education and training, residential support, financial assistance,and more.
